BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. If a booking is cancelled less than six weeks before your holiday your booking deposit will be withheld. If, however, you are compelled to cancel please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to re-let for you. If we are successful in re-letting, you only forfeit your deposit, otherwise the full rent is payable. We therefore urge you to make use of a holiday cancellation insurance scheme.

2. The person signing the booking form is responsible for members of their party. The number in the party must not exceed the number stated in the brochure or booking form.

3. No pets are allowed. No washing to be hung on the balcony (Please use washer/dryer or hang in the bathroom).

4. The property must not be sub-let in any way.

5. The tenant is liable for damage occurring during the rental term and the cost of damages will be taken out of the deposit. Tenants should leave the fixtures, fittings and property clean and tidy; if not, money will be deducted from the deposit.

6. The owner of the property accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, damage or theft to either the owner's or tenant's property.

7. The property will be available and vacated by a prearranged time.

Collection of keys to be arranged. Towels and bed linen are supplied.
